By accessing this website and engaging with the services of DKSTUDIOS, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

DKSTUDIOS provides wedding cinematography and photography services worldwide.

All services are bespoke and defined in detail prior to booking through a separate agreement.

2. Booking & Acceptance

A booking is considered confirmed once a retainer has been received and the agreement is in place.

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with and accept the visual style, editing approach, and storytelling direction of DKSTUDIOS.

3. Creative Direction

DKSTUDIOS maintains full creative control over the final output.

The client agrees that the work delivered will reflect the studio’s established artistic style at the time of booking. Requests that fall outside of this style cannot be guaranteed.

4. Copyright & Usage

All photographs and films created by DKSTUDIOS remain the intellectual property of the studio.

DKSTUDIOS reserves the right to use all created materials for portfolio, social media, publications, and other forms of marketing and self-promotion.

Exceptions apply only if a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been agreed upon in advance. NDA agreements are subject to additional fees.

Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered materials.

5. Environmental & Uncontrollable Conditions

DKSTUDIOS is not responsible for conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, lighting conditions, venue restrictions, or timeline delays.

Certain types of shots or filming conditions may not be possible due to these factors and may be omitted without liability.

6. Payments & Cancellations

All retainers are non-refundable.

Further payment terms are defined in the client agreement. In case of cancellation, payments made are not subject to refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

DKSTUDIOS shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

8. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and video materials, is owned by DKSTUDIOS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Updates

DKSTUDIOS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
